Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at 1st Annual Marmora Truck Show to be held on July 5th, 6th & 7th, 2019 in Marmora, ON!

We are excited by the incredible itinerary that is coming together. It sure is a unique event planning experience! There will be live entertainment, trucker dinners, Sunday church service, educational guest speakers like Ellen Voie, President and CEO of Women in Trucking, a beer garden, lots of food vendors, and many more exciting activities!

The show site will encompass 15 acres of cottage country land directly between Ottawa and Toronto. The home town hospitality of this quaint village, located along the Crowe River, will welcome visitors from across Canada and the U.S.

To ensure success for all partners in our program, we are using not only a large marketing campaign through both traditional TV, radio and print to target the local area, but also social media to extend the reach. There are some great contests lined up, truck magazine articles, and videos, as well as community activities throughout the next year.

Interested businesses are encouraged to use the online, easy to use form to register. A confirmation email will be sent once show management has received your 50% deposit and full documentation. Deadlines for submission for prime locations will be March 1, 2019. The balance of the fees will be due June 15, 2019. Food Truck’s Checklist

1.Documentation

Before you begin your online application, ensure you have:

A. General Liability Insurance certificate of $2 Million coverage. Be sure that “Marmora Truck Show” is named as additional insured.

B. Product Liability You will also be asked to provide product liability insurance, in the event that your products are defective or cause serious harm to those using them.

C. Food Safe Certificate.

D. Business License/ Permit you will be asked to enter your insurance company’s name and your policy number. You will then need to email a scanned copy to Exhibitor@MarmoraTruckShow.com.

2.Terms & Conditions

Ensure that you have read and thoroughly understand the Terms and Conditions of your registration. Once you agree, check off the electronic checkbox to proceed. Download the Terms and Conditions here:

5.Booth Confirmation

A. Contract and paperwork are to be signed and completed.

B. The cost of registration is $250 and will cover the entire show. Payment needs to be made in full upon submission of contract. Once payment is received, you will receive a formal confirmation of your space at the Marmora Truck Show via email.

C. Food Trucks are welcome on site for preparation as early as Thursday evening, July 4th, 2019. All Food Trucks need to be set up by Friday, July 5th, 2019 noon, with absolutely no extensions.

3.Submit An Application

There are two ways to fill out an application. You may complete the online form below or download the PDF file and send it to Exhibitor@Marmoratruckshow.com. On the application, you will need to indicate the preferred booth size. The earlier you send the application, the better chances you have of taking preferred spots at the show.

4.Spot Availability

Once we begin working on your application, we will contact you to discuss available booth options based on the information submitted on the application. Once a booth location has been finalized, we will issue an invoice for payment.
